Cross training (Swim Day)
1500 meters freestyle continuous @ 30 minutes.
I will be swimming for the next week as opposed to running. I am a youth sponsor and was playing basketball with some of the kids; unfortunately, my feet got tangled up with one of kids during the game and I sufferred a calf strain (between a stage 1 and 2). ED physician said I should be up and at it again with in a week or week and a half. After one day (as opposed to 5 days) I am already off the crutches and walking with minimal pain, but I will take the full week just to make sure all is healing properly. | Add Comment |
